To get started, Majestic customers can submit a request through our Product Personalization page with their desired product, quantity, and branding requirements. Our team will provide a custom proof and quote, and most personalized orders ship within 7–10 business days. For your convenience, we retain logo files on record to make reordering fast and easy.

Some Majestic products and promotions require minimum order quantities to ensure efficient processing and pricing. Gloves are typically sold in 12-pair increments per size to maintain consistency in packaging and distribution. For personalized high-visibility apparel, silk screen minimums are 20 pieces per order for vests and shirts, and 10 pieces for jackets. These thresholds help us maintain production quality and turnaround times, especially for custom or branded items.

All product returns must be pre-approved and accompanied by a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number—Majestic will not accept returns without one. Products must be in salable condition (original packaging and configuration) to qualify for a credit. Personalized or custom items (e.g., branded or silkscreened) are non-returnable unless there was an error on our part.

Closeout items are final sale and cannot be returned. In some cases, returns may be allowed up to 180 days from receipt, subject to a 15% restocking fee. To request a return, contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your account info, PO number, item details, and reason for return. RMAs are valid for 45 days and must be included with your return shipment.
